A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that result service. Our own service does not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us includes the information in that message and is used to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting may create ordinary logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time of visit. Aggregated log information helps maintain the service and understand general use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
We use technical and contact information to operate the service, resolve problems, measure traffic, and answer messages. We do not sell a visitor list or create personal profiles of people who read these pages.

Saugus and Massachusetts portals, library collections, archives, and sponsored tools have their own privacy rules. Their policies govern information you provide after leaving this service, including data submitted through a linked search form.
